About me.

Hi! I'm Penny. I've spent most of my life working in all aspects of the hospitality industry, and have a huge entrepreneurial spirit! I learned early in life that with hard work, determination and perseverance you could achieve your dreams.  I had incredible role models growing up! My father owned his own Insulation company, my mother owned a Fish & Chip restaurant, one of my sisters owned a restaurant/bar and the other sister owned a magazine franchise.
